Deviating from the main-line school system, Ethos International College and Ethos Academy prepare students to sit for either Ordinary Level or Advanced Level examinations in 12 -month or 15-month duration.

Accredited by Cambridge International Assessment and Pearson Edexcel, Ethos College offers globally recognized Upper Secondary qualification.

Early preparation commencing from UKG is the key to a solid foundation in adapting to London curriculum where students are equipped with both academic knowledge and personality development.

Holistic approach to education is another key feature of the college where Badminton, Swimming, Basketball and Chess are incorporated during the school time table for all grades as Sports activities and others extra- curricular activities such as Young Inventors' club,Debating, Community service are given importance in the daily academic layout of the college. The recently concluded annual athletic- meet is a fine testament to these facilities offered by school.

Students come from diverse backgrounds, yet they are united in one ambition. Experienced and well- qualified lecture panel is one of our main strengths as they willingly and bravely take up the task of preparing students for international examinations with fast-track courses.

Students are offered with a range of educational streams such as Mathematics, Science, Commerce, Law, Psychology and Computer Science which prepare them for Degree pathways in Software Engineering, Engineering, Bio Medical Science, Law,Psychology and Business Management.

Mrs. Chathuri Malage

Principal’s Message

With Primary and Secondary education at Sujatha Vidyalaya, Matara, and a special degree in English Language and Literature from University of Colombo, our founder Principal, Mrs. Chathuri Malage began her career as a teacher with her first teaching term at Royal Institute, Colombo in 2007. Her successful career includes over 15 years of teaching experience later at leading International Schools in Colombo such as The British School in Colombo and Gateway College.

Mrs. Chathuri Malage was an active member of her Alma mater representing the school as the head of School Senior Debating Team and the President of the English Literary Society in addition to serving the school community as a junior and senior prefect.

Mrs. Malage graduated with a Special degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Colombo in 2007 and has been actively involved in teaching as a talented teacher since then. Personalized teaching techniques used in classroom earned her reputation as a dedicated teacher with keen sensitivity to her students’ needs. Her career highlights include one of the students of Ethos International College becoming Top in Sri Lanka in English language at Cambridge O Level 2023 Examination and consecutive world prize winners she produced in English Literature in Edexcel Ordinary examination during her term at Gateway College and continuous record of 95% of A- A* grades in English Language and Literature.

Ethos International College and Ethos Academy were co-founded by her with the vision to provide high quality education in British curriculum to both School candidates and Private candidates from National curriculum. These courses that are meticulously designed and laid out by her guidance have been producing high achievers since 2018 in addition to 100% pass rate in each exam series. Mrs. Malage is a passionate teacher who keeps the learning needs of her students at the forefront and implements necessary interventions with efficiency and care.

Mrs. Chathuri Malage envisioned providing opportunities for students to obtain degree pathways at foreign universities with fast-track courses that are personally designed for individual student requirements. Consequently, she co-founded Insight Education in 2018 after bidding farewell to her illustrious career. Her belief that each student deserves an opportunity to pave their way towards future success gave her the resolve to accommodate students from a diverse background and unite them in one purpose.

Principal's Message

It is my belief that students should be given the opportunity to make choices regarding their educational pathways at a very early stage in their lives, hence Ethos International College accommodates students with a unique vision and confidence to make sound decisions to fashion their future even as early as ordinary level.

In my view, Education should birth a future generation with an ethos: they should be equipped with knowledge and skills, yet not at the cost of values and morals. Therefore, character building is an essential component of the academic layout of a school.

To me, inclusivity is crucially important to help students feel valued and heard, hence every child should be encouraged to be a high achiever in a diverse range of areas including academic. A college should be a place that birth individuals with high self-worth.

Chairman's Message

Mr. Anthony Sepion having over 20 years of experience at senior managerial positions working for world renown retail branding companies of fortune 500 and multinational entities such as Avery Dennison (USA) and Modern Printing Design (HK) co-founded Insight Education , Ethos Academy and Ethos International College in 2018, 2020 and 2022 respectively with the vision of creating a novel approach to main stream educational methods by introducing fast-track exam routes enabling students to complete London Ordinary Level and Advanced Level examinations much earlier than the usual time duration.

Mr.Anthony Sepion continues to innovate and develop the Learning Management system and the Student Management system to best suit the needs of our evolving students and to maintaining global standards that support the progress of the operations in school.
Mr.Anthony Sepion is a keen to develop sports and extra-curricular activities in the daily student life and learning.
Entrepreneurship, zeal for innovation, process improvement and quality development are his core strengths on which the concept of Ethos International College was formulated giving the youth of our country an opportunity to reach heights in their individual walks of life and emerge successful and impactful.

A devoted follower of Christ and a father of three kids together with his wife Mrs.Chathuri Malage, co-founder and Principal of Ethos Academy and Ethos International College established the journey of Ethos with humble beginnings to create revolutionary educational programs that suite the students of the new era.
